On behalf of Piedmont Natural Gas, please find the attached bi-weekly report as requested in the PNG Line 142 Project's
Nationwide Permit (SAW-2021-01288) special conditions Item #4, "Once construction begins within crossings subject to
this authorization, compliance reports must be submitted to the Corps of Engineers, Raleigh Regulatory Field Office and
North Carolina Division of Water Resources on a bi-weekly basis, until construction within these areas is complete.".
