I'm reaching out to check on the status of this Approval Letter for the PNG Line 142 Natural Gas Pipeline project. We have received funds for the portion of buffer credits that Wildlands is providing for this project, but we cannot move forward with the Mitigation Transfer Certificate until the Approval Letter has been updated to list our mitigation banks. I hope I'm not double dipping on my request to you, but wanted to make sure that you were in the loop on this effort to complete this transaction for PNG and Duke Energy. Thank you for your help and I hope you have a great weekend! Best, Ashley Ashley Yarsinske I Marketing & Credit Sales 0: 704.332.7754 x124 M: 757.572.5269 Wildlands Engineering, Inc. 1430 S. We can provide you with a statement of availability for our current inventory, which is subject to change with all of the requests that we have now, but we also have seven more new buffer/nutrient banks that will be opening the second half of this year that can also go towards your request (to which we can provide you with an updated SOA). With such a large request for credits, when do you anticipate receiving your permits for them? When would they need to be purchased by? Our buffer credits are offered at $1.30/sq. ft., I can have the statement of availability to you later this afternoon, if you have any questions please let me know.
