CONFERENCE BEFORE THE GRADING PERMIT IS ISSUED.
4. CUT AND FILL SLOPES THAT ARE (2:1) OR GREATER SHALL
BE STABILIZED WITH PERMANENT SLOPE RETENTION
DEVICES OR A SUITABLE COMBINATION OF PLANTINGS
AND RETENTION DEVICES. SLOPES GREATER THAN
THREE TO ONE (3:1) SHALL NOT BE STABILIZED WITH TURF
GRASS BUT MUST BE STABILIZED WITH VEGETATION THAT

DENUDED AREA IS OVER 12,000 SQ. FT. AN EROSION
CONTROL PLAN WILL HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE
THIS CLEARING BEGINS.
6. THE TREE PROTECTION FENCING ON THIS PROJECT WILL
BE INSTALLED AND INSPECTED BEFORE THE GRADING
PERMIT IS ISSUED.
7. A, GRADING PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE TOWN
OF CARY HAS RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM THE
ECOSYSTEM ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM OR AN APPROVED
NUTRIENT OFFSET BANK THAT A RECEIPT HAS BEEN
ISSUED TO THE DEVELOPER AND THE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT STATING THE NITROGEN BUY DOWN HAS
BEEN COMPLETED.
8. THIS PROJECT WILL MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS
RELATIVE TO BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND
ENGINEERED STORMWATER CONTROL STRUCTURES AS

9. LEVEL SPREADERS ON THIS PROJECT MUST BE LOCATED
