On October 13, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (Division) recelved your application
requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project. On October
16, 2014, the Division sent a letter requesting more information and an application fee. On
October 24, 2014, you sent an email explaining that you plan to resubmit a complete and updated
application in the spring of 2015. Therefore, your current application is hereby considered
withdrawn.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water for this
proposed activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North
Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Code.
