The wwtp seems to be doing a decent job now and no changes in the permit appear to be needed. Thanks for holding off on this until now. In reviewing the renewal application, i feel that it's important to note that EavenBrice Partnership still owns the North View Mobile Home Park and the person in charge is James Rice. That wasn't clear to me in the application. While preparing an assessment for permit violations (fecal), i found nothing in the courthouse records that changed the ownership from the partnership to mr. rice. FYI - The partnership was assessed $2776.53 on May 15, 2001 for permit fecal limit violations with failure to properly operate a consideration. Let me know if we need to discuss this further. max Max Haner - Max.Haner@ncmail.net North Carolina Dept. of Environment and Natural Resources Asheville Regional Office Division of Water Quality - Water Quality Section 59 Woodfin Place Asheville, NC 28801 Tel: 828-251-6208 Fax: 828-251-6452 Max Haner <Max.Haner@ncmail.net> NC DENR - Asheville Regional Office Division of Water Quality - Water Quality Section 1 of 1 6/18/2001 6:51 AN1 Marc Alperin's work Cool Season deN rate (mmol/m^2 d) Warm Season deN r C W Mean 0.668461538 Mean 0.83 1.92 Standard Error 0.14205834 Standard Error 0 2.49 Median 0.6 Median 0.48 2.66 Mode 0 Mode 0.3 0.09 Standard Deviation 0.512198629 Standard Deviation 0.6 0.96 Sample Variance 0.262347436 Sample Variance 0.96 1.16 Kurtosis 3.248239166 Kurtosis 0 1.96 Skewness 1.269501386 Skewness 0.38 0.34 Range 2 Range 0.79 2.2 Minimum 0 Minimum 0.59 0 Maximum 2 Maximum 0.86 1.3 Sum 8.69 Sum 0.9 0.65 Count 13 Count 2 1.1 1 0.16 0.94 0 0 TMDL II_PS model.xls, K determ. 6/13/2001 NPDES Permit Number NC0025933, Naren Ban- wari (Days Inn West WWPT), P.O. We have had serious compliance problems with this permit over the years and especially the last few weeks. We plan to have the owners in this office for a show cause meeting relative to enforcement action on 12/7/00 after which time we may want to add to the effluent limits page (TRC, Toxicity, MBAS), plus possible changes in the monitoring frequency. We'll keep you fully informed.
