John,
As discussed earlier please design the dock and boat house according section (f), included
below, of the RGP 197800056. You clients shoreline is indicated as being 60' in length.
f. The total square footage of shaded impact for docks and mooring facilities ( excluding the pier) allowed shall be 8
square feet per linear foot of shoreline with a maximum of 800 square feet. In calculating the shaded impact, uncovered
open water slips shall not be counted in the total. The maximum size of any individual component of the docking facility
(excluding the pier) authorized by this RGP shall not exceed 400 square feet unless the Corps determines, in writing, that
a greater width is necessary for safe use, to improve public access, or to support a water dependent use that cannot
otherwise occur.

Kyle and Colleen, The engineers and client were able to revise the project at 6032 Waters Edge Drive to fall within the
limits of the general permits. Please see the attached and let me know if you have any questions or concerns and

John- Revised plans for environmental permitting attached. Areas of the dock/boathouse are shown on bottom left of
sheet S3, and are below the new general permit maximum thresholds.
