PROPOSED PROJECT: Construct a Reinforced Soil Slope (RSS) instead of a Pile Panel Wall
System at Site 5, Widening of US 13/US 158 from US 158/NC 45 near
Winton to the US 158 Bypass in Tarheel in Hertford and Gates Counties,
TIP No. R- 2507A.
