King Preservation is providing 66.85 ft2, the Poplar Creek Preservation site is providing 4,414.97 ft2, the
Hatley site is providing 8,328.00 ft2, and the Thunder Swamp Phase II site is providing 23,025.00 credits
for the full amount needed.
You must also comply with any other state, federal or local government permits, or authorization
associated with this activity including SL 2009-337, An Act to Promote Compensatory Mitigation Banks.
