Engineering Inspector, and the final grading inspection has been approved.
The approved final grading inspection certifies that the land disturbing activity for the above
referenced project is complete, and the temporary sedimentation and erosion control measures
have been removed, all permanent measures installed and that the site has been satisfactorily
stabilized sufficient to restrain erosion, per the approved plan.
The project is in compliance and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities must be requested by the
permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at: deq.nc.govNCG01
