Good afternoon Gents,
The applicant, in coordination with the developer, is proposing a modification of the multi -use trail and bridge structure
to widen from 12-ft wide to 14-ft wide. This modification may result in changes to the proposed impacts. Therefore, the
applicant requests to withdraw the permit application until the proposed multi -use trail can be redesigned. The
anticipated resubmittal is Q1 2023. Let me know if you have any questions.
