To Whom it May Concern,
The buyers for property 118 Teufen Road, New Bern, NC (Taberna of 373) need more
highland /non wetland to accommodate the house and the driveway and meet the deed and
covenant restrictions for this housing development. The garage on the property is required to
face to the side. They are asking for an extra 3,970 ft2 or ,091 acres of the wetlands to
accomplish this.
If you will look at the attached plat map the needed space is from the existing wetland line to a
point 15' from the left property line and 110' from the curb.
I have attached a copy of the plat map showing where the requested permit is needed.
