On June 9, 2022, the Division of Water Resources (the Division) assessed a penalty in the amount of
$368.04 against Aqua Blue Vacation Homes LLC for late reporting of the subject facility's February 2022
electronic discharge monitoring report (eDMR). Between the time of the violation and its review and
assessment, ownership of the facility changed, and the Division incorrectly cited the new owner with the
violation and the assessment of the civil penalty. Having recognized this error, the Division has retracted
the penalties associated with its case LR-2022-0004, and this case has been removed from our records.
