Brad and Hannah,
Attached please see my photos, taken 9/14/2022 of the subject bridge’s temporary detour area.
The fill and fabric that was placed for the temporary detour has been removed. After walking the
area, Sean and I thought that the elevations in the temporary detour areas that were identified as
wetlands sufficiently matched the elevations of the adjacent, undisturbed wetland areas. Per the
contract, the wetland areas within the temporary detour will be planted with tree seedlings
according to the wetland reforestation plan. The seasonal limitation on the replanting states that
the contractor will need to replant between November 15th and March 15th. We did not think that
disking and ripping the areas which will be reforested is needed. We thought that this may cause
more disturbance to the existing root mat.

Thank you,
Anneliese
