Dear Mr. Boss,
This letter is written on behalf of the Buncombe County Schools to provide information
as to remedial action taken to the above referenced facility in reference to NOV letter
dated September 7, 2022 attached.
We exceeded the daily maximum for Fecal Coliform limit of 400 #/100m1 for sample
taken on 3/10/22 with 6000 #/100m1. We do not know what caused this spike and noted a
good chlorine residual in the contact chamber. We will continue to keep the tablet
feeders loaded with tablet chlorine.
