The site is generally located in northern Wake County, North,Carolina Specifically, the project'is located on Club Drive in
the Wildwood Valley subdivision south of Strickland Rd in Raleigh The project consists of two parcels, the larger is 8 98
acres and the smaller is 1 22 acres The large,parcel is at the east end of Club Drive and is bound on the north by
Strickland Rd This parcel is largely forested in mixed pine hardwood, however, there is an approximately 1 acre grassed
area along Strickland Rd There is a residential structure on the large parcel There are no jurisdictional wetlands or'
streams, nor are there any Neuse Buffers located within the large parcel
The smaller parcel is a vacant lot along the south side of�Club Drive that is completely forested with mixed pine and
hardwood species The smaller parcel contains a headwater wetland as•well `as a buffered intermittent stream A sewer
line is located,at the south end of the smaller parcel
The elevation of the site ranges from approximately 415 feet above mean sea level (msl) in the southern portion of the
small parcel to an elevation of approximately 470 msl m,the northern portion of'the large parcel
