REQUIREMENT FOR LISTED IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED AT MCCORD AND HAGERS ROAD.
NOTES:
UP TO 50 LOTS MAY BE PLATTED PRIOR TO COMPLETION AND
ACCEPTANCE OF ROAD IMPROVEMENTS.
