Looking at the application, the only remaining document we need is the Statement of Availability for mitigation credits from a mitigation bank. The amount you will need is as follows: Zone 1 179 sq. ft. multiplied by 3 = 537 Zone 2 902 sq. ft. multiplied by 1.5 = 1,353 3 Total required mitigation credits = 1,890 I hope this information helps. The one piece of information that I still need is an Impact Map showing the two zones of the regulated riparian buffer and the footprint of the impact in each zone. I've attached an example of what this Impact Map can look like for a single-family project. I hope this information helps.
