Hi Colleen, as discussed, a proposed covered porch in our planned house remodel would have a Zone-1
impact of 17.5 square feet.
Therefore, I completed a Riparian Buffer Authorization Form and attached the following supporting documents.
• Buffer Determination Letter
• Riparian Buffer Authorization Form with 1 map photo
• Blaeser Plans - "As Built" & "Proposed"
It would help greatly if you could review the form to see if it is filled out satisfactorily, and then help me submit
to the right people for approval.
