SANITARY SEWER OVERFLOW RESPONSE PROCEDURES Upon the findings of sewer overflows, Bunn personnel should contact the ORC or a backup ORC within one hour. This is a mandatory action that must be followed. When checking manholes due to rainfall, personnel should stay in contact throughout the entire ordeal of overflow so as to ensure proper action has been followed in accordance with State Guidelines. This is of the utmost importance. Communication is the key to success in teamwork in such matters. The ORC or Backup ORC must visit the site within a 24 hour time frame. The ORC has 24 hours to call in overflows to the State after the initial report. The Town has 5 days to file the final report on BIMS. For further instructions, refer to the City Spill Response Plan. The Town Administrator needs to be notified of any and all sewer overflows. The Town will take action to mitigate any negative effects of the spill if it reaches a stream or other body of water. Remote System Master Listing {For System Annual General Observation (Ago) } Year 2021 After our Inspection on June 29th 2022 I went back and to the best of my knowledge theses are the dates that the High priority lines where inspected for 2021, High Priority lines (Two on East Carolina Ave The Creek crossing and easement that runs to Bunn Baptist Road ) , (Bunn Elm School road Creek crossing ), (Nash Street to Bunn Baptist Road easement) January 4th,12th/18th/26th, February 2"d,8th,15th,25th March 5th,9th45th,22nd/30th April 5th,15th, 19th,29th May 3rd,11th49th,24th, June 2nd,7th,15th,22nd,28th July 5th,13th,19th,26th, August 2nd,10th,17th,24th,30th September 6th,14th,20th,27, October 5th,12th,18th,26th,25 November 2nd 9th,16th,22nd,29th December 6th,13th,20th,28th From the months of March thru October the easements grass was cut every week and Visual inspection Thru out the year with trimming of over growth of limbs on easements during the winter months and after every heavy rain event and storm throughout the year.
