Brett Laverty and Mitchell Anderson conducted a site inspection on September 14, 2021. According
to the permittee, the site has not been active for more than a decade. The entire dredge site is stable
and heavily vegetated. No complaince issues were observed.
On September 16, 2021, the permittee requested the permit to be rescinded. An email from the
Central Office indicates the permit was rescinded on September 17, 2021. Because the site has
revegetated and is stable, there are no post-closure requirements.
