Yacht Oak Island (Brunswick) Clark Docking Facility May 6, 2022 The applicant (Clark) is proposing to add a floating dock (8'x 16') to the existing docking facility permitted under CAMA GP No. 70821. The floating dock extends over the USACE Setback but has no pilings proposed. It will be attached via dual hinges and I -beams extending from the end of the existing fixed platform (gazebo). The floating dock is proposed in PNA with less than -2.0' at Normal Low Water in the AIWW. No oysters or coastal wetland vegetation are in close proximity to the proposed floating dock location. The substrate is sandy and there is a small patch of coastal wetland marsh fringe adjacent to the existing bulkhead.
