The stormwater permit condition is linked to the wastewater condition. However, until the wastewater condition is removed, toxicity monitoring will have to continue to be reported to the Stormwater Permitting Program. Brianna, I have a question to clarify the Fish Tissue Sampling action in the ISW permit. DRCC has a draft NPDES permit which should issue in the near future that removes the fish tissue sampling requirement due to the removal of the ash basins. The action in the ISW is coordinated with the NPDES permit. Is DRCC required to conduct fish tissue sample for the ISW? Thank you for your assistance.
