Dear Mr. Ham:
On August 22, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a Year 2 Monitoring Report
for the LaGrange Phase I Mitigation Bank from Greene Environmental Services, LLC (GES).
According to the data submitted with the report, the site appears to be doing well and on trajectory
to meet the success criteria at the end of five years. Only minor herbivory issues were noted.
According to the UMBI signed on October 3, 2008, the following Project Milestone has been met,
and the corresponding credits shall be released

By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for
the above - referenced tract and an additional 10% of your Neuse riparian buffer credits (0.1 x
37,939.7 ft' = 3,793.97 ft) are now available for sale. Also, an additional 10% of your nitrogen
nutrient offset credits (0.1 x 5,728.01 lb -N = 572.801b -N) are now available for sale. Please update
your credit ledgers accordingly.
