Subject: Buffer Call — Apex Riparian Buffers
Apex BBQ Road Site
Dear Mr. Ball,
 a , a
Jlmm-
P O BOX 250
APEX. NORTH CAROLINA 27502
On Wednesday,, March 9, 2011, we, met at the subject site to perform a riparian buffer call on one (1)
pond identified as pond "K" and, shown on the attached maps. Based on the information obtained in the
field; I have determined that pond "K" is not located in a natural drainage way as defined' in section
6.11,1(D)(4)(a) ofthe Town's Unified Development Ordinance. The table below summarizes pond "K"
and the applicable buffer width.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (919) 249 = 3413.
Sincerely,
Michael S. Deaton,.PE
