ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
15 1 Please use this space to provide additional information about this low density project:
Proposed use requires limited slope along the pavement surface provided for vehicular movement and repair. Site has been
designed to utilize the least amoutn of storm sewer to the maximum extents possible. An existing ditch that drains the road
runoff is being bypased with the use of a culvert Additional offsite drainage from the western adjacent property is bypassed
with the use of a Swale and culvert system in order to grade the site properly the culvert is extended further to provide cover
ovri other utilies such as water and gas lines.
