DWR is in receipt of the two application referenced above. Given the total length of shoreline stabilization you have
proposed for adjacent properties it will be necessary for you to receive confirmation from the US Army Corps of
Engineers that the projects may be authorized under Regional Permit #30. I have copied Mr. Chris Hopper, project
manager for the Corps who covers Davidson County on this email.
Since our application reviews cannot be completed at this time, both application will be placed on hold until receipt of
the requested information.
