I apologize for any lapse on my part, but it was my understanding from Karen Baldwin at Eagle Creek Renewable Energy
(commonly referred to as Cube Hydro on High Rock Lake) that our applications were misunderstood and she straightened out
the confusion. We have carefully followed all her instructions for permit applications. Per Karen, we are covered under the
USACOE regional permit. She said she has emailed this information to you but has not received a response.
Please let me and Karen know if there continues to be an issue related to our property.
