My apologies for the delay, and I appreciate the reminder. So to answer the questions you sent to Eric:
1) Would this discharge prevent safe passage of fish through the thermal plume? I believe not, as the plume is
quite small and fish can easily avoid it if need be. It likely attracts fish, especially in warmer months, but safe
passage does not concern me at all.
2) Do you expect any other negative impact on the aquatic organisms from this plume? Also no. Warmer waters in
this plume should pose no negative impacts to aquatic life in the river.
