Please reference your revised Pre-Construction Notification application submission of
March 14, 2007 for Department of Army (DA) authorization to discharge fill material into 0.49
acres of jurisdictional wetlands to facilitate the development of a proposed subdivision
(Jubilation, Goose Bay Plantation). The proposed project area is located west of Highway 210
south of Folkstone Road and east of Harbor Point Road, Onslow County, North Carolina.
Our office met with you and your consultants on May 4, 2007 to discuss project details as
they relate to a request for more information email sent April 16, 2007. As of writing of this
letter, this office has not received a response to this meeting. On August 13, 2007, this office
received a letter requesting more time for response with a deadline no later than August 24,
2007. Since there has been no more information received for this project and it was determined
to be incomplete on May 4, 2007, this office must now consider your application withdrawn and
we will close the file. If at a later date you wish to pursue the project, please resubmit a new
application.
