Permits for the project were obtained September 2021, but expired March 2022. The project will likely not finish
until a few weeks after the end of the grandfather year (March 2023). As a result, requesting a reissuance to
allow more time to complete. No changes to the proposed plans or proposed impacts, and everything in the
PCN is still accurate. An email has been sent to USACE to containing Sec 106 and Sec 7 information. Upon
review, please let me know if additional information is needed. Thank you!
