Through coordination with the North Carolina Division of Coastal Management, we have
learned of your request to transfer the Department of the Army (DA) permit SAW 2018-01108,
originally issued to McMullan Ventures, LLC on January 11, 2019 to McMullan Partners, LLC.
This permit originally authorized maintenance dredging within a man-made basin and the
construction of a 29-slip commercial marina, associated with the re -development of a vacant
parcel at 43 Causeway Drive, Ocean Isle Beach, Brunswick County, North Carolina.
The proposal continues to be consistent with the provisions and objectives of general permit
No. 1978000291 (enclosed). The permit is hereby transferred. It is understood that all other
conditions of your permit remain applicable and the permit will expire December 31, 2021.
