Yes or No If no, please explain: Description of existing facilities: Single-family residence wastewater treatment and irrigation facility consisting of a 500 GPD Chromaglass-Model CA5 aeration package unit designed for single residences; a tablet chlorinator; two interconnected 1200-gallon storage/pump tanks with a 16 GPM irrigation pump; a .23 acre spray irrigation area; all associated piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances. The flow rate of 480 GPD appears to a design parameter based upon the systems components and the home having four bedrooms.
