This COC was not renewed in July because fees were owed, but it appears invoices have been paid.
I'm afraid the URL link in the email below is incorrect (I will correct that this morning), and I wanted to send updated
instructions:
If annual fees were owed before but are now paid, please go back to the COC Request Form
(https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-COC-Renewal) and
(1) check the status of the permit COC by running the Permit Summary Report to verify expired status, and
(2) check the box that says: "the COC is still expired, but owed fees have been paid"
