As was indicated on a letter dated August 22, 2022, NCDEQ's inspector has arrived at the subject
address for an inspection of the subject NPDES permit on September 13, 2022, at about 1:00 PM. No
communication was received in order to change the time or date of the inspection. The permitee was
not present at the time inspection to discuss compliance with the conditions listed in the subject
permit and no records were made available regarding effluent sampling and septic tank pumping
dates. The permitee has also failed to respond during the last attempt to complete an inspection
(May 5, 2019) and you have not responded to the additional information request sent on June 11,
2019. During the last inspection the permitee was present, dating May 31, 2017, there were no
records available for review, and you were instructed to better maintain records.
