Mr. Royal: The permit issued to you on October 9, 2012 has a typographical error.
Part A. (3) lacks the pH limit that was present in the previous permit, and in the
draft permit sent to you on July 5, 2012.
The attached page correctly shows the limit. Please discard the A. (3) page from the
permit you recently received, and replace it with the attached page.
