Good morning Paul... quick response to the email below. You are correct that the Close-out Report
references additional stabilization is req'd but the cited work is not a part of the plan that was approved
under Project ID #CABAR-2021-013 covered under CofC NCC205397 as follows:
• The "Common Areas" near Lots 333, 344 & 400 are the Developer's responsibility and not included
in the EC Plan scope approved under CABAR-2021-013.
• Lot 220 is a Ryan Homes / NVR, Inc. lot but is not under CABAR-2021-013 and NCC205397. Lot
220 was included in the EC Plan approved under Project ID #CABAR-2020-056 covered under
CofC NCC205520. That plan coverage has not been finalized w/ the DEQ Mooresville inspector.
• As stated on the Close-out Report (Item # 10, 1st paragraph), "All lots for this plan have been
completed". The additional areas mentioned in the second paragraph under Item #10 are
independent of CABAR-2021-013 and CofC NCC205397.
Therefore we are requesting that the NOT for NCC205397 be approved. Thanks and please give me a
