Subject: Glade Creek II Close Out – Additional Information and photos
Hello Kim, Erin, and Andrea,
As requested at the Glade Creek II close out site visit we had on 8/17/2022, attached please find additional data and
documentation. This includes mapping and measurements of the stream segments in question, and photo
documentation of localized floodplain stabilization with rock.
Please let me know if this fulfills what was requested, or if anything further is needed pertinent to this close out.
Thanks,
Harry
