Special monitoring requests: 3. Additional effluent limits requests: 4. Other: PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS The Falls Racquet Club has requested renewal of NPDES Permit No. NC0065889. The existing facility is an extended aeration package plant with a design capacity for 25,000 GPD. The permit was issued for a facility up to 100,000 GPD. It is requested that when the permit is reissued that it contain two final effluent pages for a 25,000 GPD facility and a 100,000 GPD facility. Operation of the existing facility has been satisfactory. The system uses ultra violet light disinfection which may have to be replaced. U V Systems have not proven to be capable of meeting the 200/100 ml coliform requirement. It is requested that the permit be submitte to publj,c n tice.
