Discussed this with our toxicologist, Marshall Hyatt. The 0.43
lbs/day limitation for sulfides based on EPA water quality
criteria of 2.0 ug/1 can be considered a recommendation. While
it demonstrates that the effluent guideline limitation of 2.6
lbs/day ma►y not be stringent enough to protect for aquatic life,
the permit does include chronic WET limits.
