Pender County has several state and federal listed species that may be impacted by clear cut timbering.
Information regarding location must be provided and potential measures taken to minimize impacts to species
such as red -cockaded woodpeckers, northern long-eared bats, and several sensitive plant species. Contact
with the USFWS is recommended.
