Site inspection was conducted on September 16, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Luke M.
was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- RPA 15+00 LT (West Bound Off Ramp) - Soil has been pushed up against the silt fence and the silt fence outlet.
Maintenance is needed here.
- L 27+75 RT - Remove coir fiber log from the stream. Left over from previous contractor.
- Continue to maintain ground cover per NPDES stabilization timeframes.
