Site inspection was conducted on September 16, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Jamie
Romine and Cody Bartlett were present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- Bank needs coir fiber matting on right bank descending on the outlet end past rip rap.
- Bank needs cover on left bank descending on the outlet end past rip rap. Inspector stated that this area is planned to be
graded and stabilized. Also, recommend removing the mid channel bar in the stream.
- Ground cover is needed per NPDES stabilization timeframes.
- NPDES records were up to date.
