Please review the permit files to determine if these are duplicate permits. Only the permittee can do that since they

If these are duplicates, you need to submit a Notice of Termination for the one you don't want to keep open and
maintain the other one. The NOT link is here:

We cannot waive fees for COCs that permittees applied for in duplicate. Please determine which one you need to keep
and rescind (submit a notice of termination) the other one. Make sure all fees are up to date for the permit you wish to

Good Afternoon,
This COC permit fee was paid in February of 2022 and was addressed two Meritage Homes. Are there two permits open
for the same project? Can this fee be waived since it was paid earlier this year?
Attached is the recent notice of deficiency as well as the email confirming payment in February 2022.
