Associated documents have been provided. The SWPPP only contains documents dating back to 2021. Employee training is conducted but all employees' names and positions with the company should be provided. If no significant spills have occurred within the last three years this needs to be documented. Monitoring has been documented per the permit requirements but reported "no flow". During the next measurable rain event monitoring needs to be conducted at all outfalls that area discharging. Monitoring results need to be uploaded using eDMR and submitted to our office.
