You will then select the Public Notice to establish the Eco Terra Upper Falls Lake UMB – Alder Valley Mitigation Site. The current notice involves: Corps Action ID#: SAW-2021-02321 Bank Sponsor: Eco Terra, LLC (Mr. Norton Webster) Project Name: Eco Terra Upper Falls Lake UMB, Alder Valley Mitigation Site (Durham County) Issue Date: September 14, 2022 Expiration Date: October 14, 2022 Point of Contact: Samantha Dailey 1 Project Description: The Wilmington District, Corps of Engineers (Corps) has received a prospectus describing the establishment of an umbrella mitigation bank (UMB), known as the Eco Terra Upper Falls Lake UMB, Alder Valley Mitigation Site (Site). The Bank Sponsor, Eco Terra, LLC, would restore and enhance approximately 4,615 linear feet of stream channel that would be used to offset impacts authorized as part of future Federal and State permits, located in the Hydrologic Unit Code 03020201 of the Neuse River Basin. The Project is located at 2050 Moores Mill Road, in Rougemont, Durham County, North Carolina.
