Hi Thad,
We received one copy of the application in the mail, but we need four copies in order to distribute them to the regional
office and resource agencies. We also will not be able to begin processing the application until we receive the
documentation of the fee transfer (not sure if that is when it shows up in our zfecount or not): So, you will be receiving a
letter requesting these additional items, and the project will be on hold until they are received.

Good Morning Jennifer,
I just wanted to give you a heads up that the Permit Application for the Dare County Bombing Range permit modification
should be'in the mail.
Also, I have to hold off on the permit application fee until after Sept 30th due to the fact that the financial folks
processing payments aregiving priority to funds, that, expire at the end of the fiscal year, which for us is Sept 30th. After
that time, I will, be able to work on having the funds electronically transferred to NCDENR for the permit fees but it may
be mid- October,before they show up in your account. I will keep you posted on my progress with this effort so you will
know when to expect payment.
