I apologize for the tardiness of my response to the questions you had about Beaufort 119:

1.The transition stone has been placed in the ditch to slow the water in that spot.

2.The riprap at the pipe ends is not above the top of bank.

3.The 25’ stream impact is the riprap like you were thinking it was.

4.There are no new ditches being placed on the project.
