They said the box was set at the minimum required and provided the numbers below. Basically, the box is already set as high as it can be allowed, based on requirements for cover and drainage. Clay From: Boyer, Jason \[mailto:jaboyer@gfnet.com\] Sent: Monday, September 29, 2014 5:15 PM To: Willis, Thomas C Subject: Dare #16 - BR270016 Drainage Elevations Clay, I looked at the pipe elevations based on our conversation on Friday. I did a quick calc that shows the invert was set to the minimum +/- an inch. 5.78 (Top of Road Elevation at gutter) - 2ft cover (required) - 0.2083 ft (pipe wall thickness) - 1.5 ft (18" I.D.) = 2.07 (approx invert elevation) The plans currently have the first inlet invert set at 1.95" (only 0.12 ft below what my rough calc shows). My number may be off slightly depending on if there is any additional drop that needs to be accounted for with the grate. If there are any questions please let me know. Thanks. Jason A.
