mind? Also, please let me know what other option you would have to supplement the treatment of the
stormwater if the soils turned out to be a low permeability, such as a D HSG. I saw the B in the
StormEZ. Where did that come from? We've had people develop sites and then say "I don't have room
for a BIVIP because of the parking requirements." I just need to check to make sure I feel confident that
the stormwater can be treated on the site.

Boyd: I enjoyed our brief conversation this morning and appreciate your bringing up the
Lapsley family name. I will check it out over the weekend.
Attached is the spreadsheet with all of the tables. Again — we are not asking for a
stormwater permit at this time — we have just applied to the Corps for a permit to fill in a
wetland area. They have requested NCDENR sign off on that piece. We know that a
formal permit application will be required for a specific site plan. This plan we have sent
to the Corps is a concept only — it just shows why we need to fill in the wetland. If you
need anything else just let me know. Bill
