Construction Sequence
1. Construction of addition should begin with installation of Erosion Control measures including silt
fence and temporary sediment basins.
2. Construction Entrance and access road should be installed with diversion ditches and temporary
stormwater conveyance methods. All exposed slopes should be stabilized within 7 days.
3. Excavation and preparation of building foundations and footings should take place after all
temporary erosion control measures are in place per Approved E&SC plan (WAKE-2022-061).
4. Building addition shall be constructed.
5. Utilities and permanent stormwater conveyance methods should be installed.
6. Bioretention area should be excavated and reconstructed per plans and temporary sediment basins
and erosion control measures removed.
7. Temporary construction access road converted to permanent grass pave fire lane.
8. No future developments are currently planned.
